Kristina Castro

Kristina Castro is an experienced analyst with a focus on operations and analytics within the People & Culture divisions at Consumer Reports since January 2022. Responsibilities include supporting HRIS data integrity, managing the full employee lifecycle, and leading process improvement projects. Prior to this role, Kristina served as Bookkeeper/Budget Manager at HOLY MOLY PRODUCTION, managing a $1.5M budget and financial reporting. At GE Renewable Energy, Kristina coordinated training programs for over 40,000 employees, and previously at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, managed executive support and financial documentation for a large team. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Fordham University and a credential from Columbia Engineering.
