Stacey Higginbotham

Stacey Higginbotham is a seasoned journalist and technology expert, currently serving as a Policy Fellow at Consumer Reports since August 2023, focusing on enhancing security in the Internet of Things (IoT). From February 2016 to August 2023, Stacey founded and led Stacey on IoT, a platform dedicated to producing a podcast, newsletter, and articles on IoT, reaching over 10,000 subscribers. Previously, Stacey worked as a Senior Editor at Time Inc., covering technology for Fortune, and spent seven years at GigaOmni Media as a Senior Writer and News Editor, where responsibilities included reporting, editing, and podcast production.
