Ana Cuen has a diverse background in customer service and leadership roles in various companies such as Consumer Safety Technology, Mathnasium, AT&T, and Advanced Call Center Technologies. Ana started their career as a Sales Floor Team Member at Target and worked their way up to roles such as Quality Assurance Team Lead and Assistant Center Director. With a degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Arizona Western College and currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Phoenix, Ana brings a strong educational background to their professional experience.
