Otis Smith

Otis Smith has served as HR Training Manager at Consumer Support Services Inc. since October 2016, and concurrently holds the same position at Consumer Support Services, Inc. since July 2008. With a strong foundation in Industrial Technology from Central State University, where Otis Smith earned a Bachelor of Science degree from 1980 to 1986, a significant background in human resources and training has been developed.
