Lauren Lobrano is an experienced leader in accessibility and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of Accessibility and Global Disability Inclusion at Amazon since October 2022, where strategic initiatives are implemented to enhance the inclusion of people with disabilities. In addition, Lauren holds the position of Vice Chair for the Consumer Technology Association's Accessibility and Aging Technology Working Group, facilitating collaborations and promoting accessibility in technology for diverse populations. Previous roles include Chief of Staff for Optum's Serve Preparedness and Emergency Response, Director of the Veterans Career Program at Paralyzed Veterans of America, and Director of Operations for Hiring Our Heroes at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and a Change Management certificate from Cornell University.
