Currently serving as Manager of Business Systems at Consumers Credit Union since May 2024, Bryan previously held various leadership roles at Allstate from August 1998 to December 2023, including Test Services Leader for Direct Sales Service and Marketing Technology, where a global team was developed to provide software quality testing for customer-facing web applications. Bryan's expertise extends to advancing software testing capabilities through a newly developed maturity assessment model and managing various teams responsible for software testing services and network storage solutions. Bryan holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Roosevelt University.
