Dave Valentine has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the banking and credit union industry. Dave started their career at Baxter Credit Union in 2004, where they worked as an Outbound Loan Sales representative until 2008. Following that, they joined Wells Fargo Financial as a Credit Manager in 2009 before moving on to MECU in 2010. At MECU, they held multiple roles including Loan Sales Specialist and Manager of Lending Sales, where they managed the operations of the phone-based lending center and achieved significant increases in protection products and loan originations. In 2012, Dave became Vice President of Business Development at MECU, responsible for developing relationships, acquiring sponsor groups, and increasing membership and service usage. In 2015, they transitioned to Consumers Credit Union, initially as VP of Sales and Marketing before becoming Chief Experience Officer and eventually Chief Lending & Experience Officer.
