Amy Kniss

Amy Kniss is a seasoned mortgage processor with a robust background in customer service and operational management. Currently employed at Consumers Credit Union since September 2020, Amy previously served as a consultant at Mr. Cooper, where responsibilities included the development of policies and procedures and the drafting of knowledge-based articles. Prior to that, Amy held the position of Correspondence Research and Escalation Manager at CIT Bank for over 17 years, leading teams focused on resolving customer complaints and issues. Amy earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from Davenport University between 1999 and 2003.
