In 2011, Erik attended New Horizons Computer Learning Center, where they obtained certification as an A+ Computer Technician. Erik furthered their education at the same institution in 2011, studying Computer Hardware Technology/Technician. In 2013, they obtained a Life, Accident, & Health License from Kaplan University. The Federal Aviation Administration awarded Erik a UAV (Drone) Pilot certification in October 2015.
