Jessica Huelga

Jessica Huelga has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica started their career at the Office of Admissions, where they were a part of the Welcome Team. During their time there, they provided excellent customer service, managed database information, and maintained university protocols and confidentiality.

In 2015, Jessica worked as an AppleCare College Advisor at Apple for a brief period. Their role included providing technical support and assistance to Apple customers.

Jessica then joined Michigan State University Federal Credit Union as a Financial Services Representative from 2015 to 2017. Their responsibilities included receiving members in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns, and actively building relationships through the on-boarding process.

In 2018, Jessica worked as a Volunteer Community Engagement Ambassador at the American Red Cross of West Michigan. During their time there, they contributed to community engagement efforts.

Most recently, Jessica held various roles at Consumers Credit Union. Jessica started as a Member Service Representative in 2018 and progressed to the position of Senior Member Service Representative in 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Assistant Office Manager at the company.

Jessica Huelga attended Michigan State University from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Studio Art. Their field of study was Fine/Studio Arts, General. Prior to attending university, they graduated from East Lansing High School in 2012 with a High School Diploma. In January 2018, they also obtained a certification as a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher from YogaState.
