Aaron Warriner

Aaron Warriner has extensive experience in human resources and workforce technology analytics, currently serving as the Executive Director of Workforce Technology Analytics and Planning at Consumers Energy since January 2002. Prior roles at Consumers Energy include Director of Workforce Analytics and HR Operational Excellence, Human Resources Director, and various positions in HR and labor relations. Prior to joining Consumers Energy, Aaron worked as a Corporate Training Specialist at Valassis from August 1998 to December 2001. Aaron holds multiple degrees in Communication, including a Master’s and Bachelor’s from Central Michigan University, and an Associate degree from Jackson College. Additionally, Aaron earned a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2009.
