Director - Security Engineering at Consumers Energy

Daniel Falk is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Director of Security Infrastructure and Delivery at Consumers Energy since September 2015. In this role, Daniel leads the Security Engineering organization in evaluating and implementing security products, in collaboration with Security Architecture to establish strategic roadmaps. Additional roles include Sr. Principal Security Engineer at Walsh College and Co-Founder and CEO of Purple Fox Technologies. Daniel previously held positions such as Chief Technology Officer at Antigen Security and Vice President of Security Engineering for the Michigan Cyber Civilian Corps. Daniel has a strong background in IT and security, with experience as a Senior IT Consultant at Energy Products and Battery Giant, and roles across various organizations. Daniel's education includes a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from Walsh College and a BS in Telecommunications from Michigan State University, complemented by certificates in Performance Leadership and Leadership Essentials from Cornell University.
