Jason O'Neal

Jason O'Neal, MBA, currently serves as a Meter Reading/Gas Service Field Leader at Consumers Energy since April 2016, where responsibilities include monitoring customer consumption of electric and gas, data entry, and reporting service issues. Previously, Jason worked as a Revenue Recovery Specialist III with the State of Michigan from August 2015 to April 2016, supervising staff and coordinating crisis intervention strategies. Jason holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science, both from Spring Arbor University.
