Lorna Coury

Lorna Coury is an experienced executive in project management and engineering, currently serving as the Executive Director of Project Management for Electric Distribution and Generation at Consumers Energy since 2012. With a robust background in alternative energy, Lorna previously held key positions at Danotek Motion Technologies as Director of Program Management, where the design and launch of permanent magnet generators for wind turbine applications were overseen, and at Visteon, where various roles included Program Manager for Climate Control Electronics and Sales Manager for the Toyota account. Lorna's career began at Ford Motor Company, contributing significantly to new product launches in the mass air flow sensor line. Educational credentials include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, and an Associate's degree from Delta College.
