Stephan Cass

Stephan Cass is an experienced Senior Experience Designer currently at Consumers Energy, focusing on Transportation, Renewables, and Innovation since May 2022. Prior to this role, Stephan served as a Senior User Experience Architect at MRM, leading user research, design thinking workshops, and mentoring teams while implementing user-centered design methodologies. At Quicken Loans, Stephan improved a support website and developed a responsive redesign for a membership site. Early career experience includes roles at Traffic Digital Agency as a Junior Front End Developer. Stephan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Internet and Web Development from Arizona State University and an Associate’s Degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design from Schoolcraft College.
