Tanya Bustamante

Tanya Bustamante is currently the VP of Human Resources at ConsumerTrack. Tanya has over ten years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on productivity and organizational development. Tanya started their career as an Human Resources Assistant at Administrative Services Co-Op- LA Yellow Cab, where they were responsible for personnel documentation, recruitment, and compliance with regulatory requirements. In 2006, they transitioned to FranklinCovey, where they spent five years as a Productivity Consultant. In this role, Tanya helped organizations improve their productivity and effectiveness through the implementation of FranklinCovey's 4 Disciplines of Execution. In 2011, Tanya left FranklinCovey to join ConsumerTrack as VP of Human Resources, where they have continued to help the company grow and improve its productivity.

Tanya Bustamante received their Associates Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Pasadena City College. Tanya then went on to receive their Type in Business Management from California State University, Northridge in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
