Jean Carlos is an experienced IT professional with a background in information security, operations, and technical support. Currently serving as a Pleno Information Security Analyst and Pleno ITOps Analyst at Contabilizei since November 2020, responsibilities include monitoring technology infrastructure, configuring and maintaining servers, databases, and network services to ensure high availability and performance. Previously, Jean Carlos worked at DXC Technology from March 2015 to October 2020 as a Field Support Analyst, focusing on troubleshooting software issues and installing office software.
