Lindsey Treat has extensive experience in program management, particularly in the call center environment at Contact Community Services, Inc. since July 2015. As Program Manager, Lindsey oversees daily operations, updates staff on policy changes, prepares performance reviews, and conducts quality assurance. Prior roles include Program Facilitator and Crisis Intervention Staff at Eleven Waters, along with various service positions, including at P.F. Chang's China Bistro and CONTACT Community Services - South Simcoe. A graduate of Le Moyne College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Lindsey also completed an internship at Contact Community Services, which focuses on social, behavioral, and mental health support for various age groups.
