Joy Doran

Joy Doran has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as an Advisor OD at Contact Energy Ltd since October 2019. Previously, Joy held multiple roles at Wellington Airport from January 2014 to September 2019, including People and Culture Learning and Development Coordinator and Administration Assistant. Earlier in Joy's career, experience was gained at Surreal Bar from April 2003 to May 2010, where responsibilities included payroll processing and event management. Joy Doran holds a National Certificate in Adult Education and Training (Level 4) obtained from Learning Works between 2017 and 2018, along with educational qualifications from James Watt College and Greenock Academy.
