Maruf Hasan Bulbul

Maruf Hasan Bulbul began their work experience as a Junior Software Engineer at Nascenia IT in October 2011, where they worked until April 2012. Maruf Hasan then joined Odesk Technologies in May 2012 as a Ruby on Rails Developer until October 2014. From November 2014 to March 2016, they worked at CodersTrust as an IT Project Manager. In April 2016, they joined Contactability by SmartFinancial as a Senior Software Engineer and worked there until August 2017. From September 2017 to May 2019, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at GrowthBond. Currently, as of June 2019, Bulbul holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at SmartFinancial.

Maruf Hasan Bulbul holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Dhaka, which they obtained from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Their undergraduate degree is a BSc in Engineering, specializing in Computer Science and Telecommunication Engineering, which they earned from Noakhali Science and Technology University between 2007 and 2011. In 2014, Bulbul also obtained a certification in the Freelancer to Entrepreneur Development Program (Training-of-Trainers) from the Information & Communication Technology Division, Bangladesh.
