Melanie Grunert is the current VP of People at Container xChange. Melanie has over 15 years of experience in strategic planning and talent management. Prior to their current position, they were the Head of Talent Management at TRENDONE GmbH for over 10 years. Melanie has a proven track record in developing and implementing successful talent management strategies that have resulted in increased employee satisfaction and retention.

Melanie Grunert has a Diplom in Psychology / BWL from the University of Hamburg and a Diplom in Psychologie / BMW from Örebro University.

They are on a team with Gerard S. - CFO, Maximilian Keppler - Director, Network Development, Europe & North Africa, and Jonathan Cummins - Chief Customer Officer. Melanie Grunert reports to Christian Roeloffs, Co-Founder & CEO.
