Sofi Hoysal

Sofi Hoysal is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in people management across various organizations. Currently serving as the VP of People at Paradromics since August 2025, Sofi previously held the role of VP of People and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Diligent Robotics from April 2023 to August 2025. Prior experience includes Director of People positions at Migo and Skylo, and leadership roles at Tala, where Sofi was involved as both Director of People Business Partnership and Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer. Early career highlights include serving as Head of People at BrightCurrent and working as a Climate Action Associate at UC Santa Barbara. Sofi holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Science and Management from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
