Nicky S. has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. They have served as the Project & Change Management Lead at Containers for Change, leading strategic initiatives and driving continuous improvement. Prior to that, they held the role of PMO & Systems Lead at the same company, focusing on change management and strategic reporting. Nicky also worked at DRA Global as a Knowledge Manager and IT Training Coordinator, where they managed digital transformation and implemented LMS systems. Additionally, they founded and operated Sassy Escape, a venture of their own. In their early career, Nicky held positions at Famous Brands, first as the National Training Manager for QSR - Group Operations, where they developed and implemented training programs, and later as a Business Consultant and Regional Franchise Manager, overseeing multi-site operations and supporting franchisees.

Nicky S. has a diverse education history. In 2003-2007, they attended Brescia House for high school. From 2008-2010, they pursued an Associate's Degree in Professional Cookery and Food and Beverage Management, as well as Hospitality Management, at The International Hotel School. In 2014, Nicky obtained a TEFL Certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor. In 2016, they completed a SETA Accredited Learning Facilitator certification. In 2017, Nicky pursued specialized learning and development for organizations at the University of the Witwatersrand. They also engaged in various online courses through Udemy, including The New HR: 21st Century Talent Management, Business Case Development, and Executive Coaching. Additionally, Nicky obtained several certifications, including Agile Change Agent from APMG International in 2022, Prosci® Certified Change Manager from Prosci in 2021, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP) from Microsoft in 2021, and others.
