Eric Granger

Eric began his CSC career in early 2009 as a part of the Orange County and Los Angeles branch offices, where he worked as a security guard and a supervisor until 2011. Throughout this time, he worked at numerous venues such as the Rose Bowl, Hollywood Bowl, and Home Depot Center. In January 2012, he was transferred to the San Bernardino branch to assist with their transition from a satellite office to full branch operations. During this time, he was trained in the processes of hiring and training staff, scheduling employees for events, as well as processing payroll.

Late in 2012, Eric was promoted to the San Bernardino Assistant Branch Manager where he was responsible for Recruiting, Hiring, Vetting, and Training to maintain a current employee database of 700 staff. In 2016, Eric transferred to the CSC Special Events division and became their Operations Manager. In his current role, Eric assists with the preplanning, coordination, and logistics, as well as onsite event management for special events across the county.

In the spring of 2020, Eric was promoted to the position of Regional Manager (current position) over-seeing local branch offices in Phoenix, Arizona as well as Salt Lake City, Utah. His duties include interfacing with local branch managers, assisting with events as well as contract acquisition as well as providing support for office as well as event processes.

Throughout his time with CSC, Eric has managed and been an integral part of operations for a multitude of sporting events, festivals, concerts, college and university events. These include Coachella Music and Arts and Music Festival, Stagecoach Festival, U2 – Joshua Tree Tour, Guns N’ Roses, Electric Daisy Carnival, The Players Championship (Jacksonville, FL), The U.S. Open Tennis Championship, Indianapolis Colts Football, Los Angeles Rams Football, NASCAR as well as many others.

Eric graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He was a member of Azusa Pacific’s football team from 2008-2009.

Eric has been trained as an unarmed security guard, holding guard licenses in California, New York, Florida, Nevada, and Arizona.
