Richard Lipscomb

Richard Lipscomb currently serves as a Special Event Coordinator at Contemporary Services Corporation, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this, Richard held various roles at Perfect Game USA from June 2020 to November 2025, including Regional Tournament Director and Assistant Tournament Director, after an internship as an Assistant Scouting Intern in 2019. Richard's early work experience includes roles as wait staff at Deer Meadows Retirement Community and Pen Ryn Estate, where skills were developed in customer service and event management. Richard also contributed as a Football Team Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, managing inventory and supporting the equipment manager. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Neumann University, earned between 2017 and 2021.
