Steve Pearson

Steve Pearson began their career at Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) in 1996 as the Manager of the Delaware Branch. Steve successfully grew the branch, which became profitable within six months. Steve was then promoted to Director of Sales in 1999 and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer and partner in CSS. In 2010, they co-founded the Talent Acquisition Leadership Alliance (TALA), an association for corporate talent acquisition leaders to network and share challenges. Prior to CSS and TALA, Steve worked as a Senior Account Manager at BOC Gases, MD from 1990 to 1996 and as an Account Manager at Pansophic Systems from 1987 to 1990.
