Pankaj Gaur

Pankaj Gaur has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Pankaj started their career at Extensible IT Solutions Private Limited in 2005 as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for requirement analysis, coding, and deployment. Pankaj then moved on to Patni in 2007, where they worked as a Sr. Software Engineer, managing small teams and delivering high-quality projects on time.

In 2009, Pankaj joined Sapient as a Sr. Associate L2, taking on responsibilities such as requirement analysis, team management, and mentoring. Pankaj then transitioned to Synechron in 2012, holding the role of Lead - Technology. In this position, they led the SDL Tridion CMS team, designing and architecting complex solutions while providing guidance to team members.

Pankaj's leadership skills were recognized when they joined Espire infolabs in 2014 as a Solution Architect. Here, they led the SDL Tridion Center of Excellence, overseeing all SDL Tridion activities and deliveries, as well as managing client and vendor relationships.

Currently, Pankaj works for Content Bloom since 2015, where they hold the positions of Director - India/APAC Operations and Director of Delivery. In these roles, they are responsible for overseeing operations in the India/APAC region and ensuring successful project deliveries.

Throughout their career, Pankaj has gained expertise in .NET technologies and has a deep understanding of SDL Tridion CMS. Pankaj has consistently shown their ability to manage teams, deliver high-quality projects, and provide mentoring to their colleagues.

Pankaj Gaur completed their B.Tech. degree in Computer Engineering from JMIT, Radaur (Yamunanagr) - Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. Pankaj attended this institution from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a PGDBA degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the Symbiosis Institute of Distance Learning. Pankaj attended this institute from 2006 to 2010.
