About the opportunity

As an IT Administrator you will provide interactive, technical support to our North American team members, While a few folks have PCs, we are largely an Apple environment. You contribute to a wide range of corporate IT projects that will help us grow and support our company at scale.

What to expect?

  • Provide day to day support and service for all employee-related IT questions and support across a variety of corporate IT issues
  • Support our (mainly) cloud-based systems like GSuite, Office 365, Atlassian, Okta, Zoom, Slack just to name a few
  • Support for different IT systems like video conferencing, printer, network/wifi
  • Provide technical support for events, meetings and conferences
  • Support employee on- and off-boarding, procure and manage hardware and software
  • Manage and implement IT systems and processes for both US hubs, Denver and San Francisco as well as support fully-remote employees across the US
  • Evaluate and implement new hardware and software solutions that help us scale or allow us to work together more effectively
  • Take ownership of a variety of projects in the IT space

What you need to be successful?

  • Customer-first mindset, creative and motivated to find solutions for future requirements
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • 2-5 years experience in IT
  • Experience managing work using a ticketing system such as Jira Service Desk
  • Experience supporting MacOS and Microsoft Windows. Linux is a plus.
  • Experience with endpoint management software such as JAMF
  • IP networks and Wifi
  • Know your way around all sorts of AV technology, including Zoom support as well as conference room hardware.
  • SAAS tooling experience
  • High level of self-responsibility
  • Security mindset
  • Prior project management experience
