Fajri Hanny is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Support Engineer and Technical Product Specialist at Contentful since January 2018, Fajri focuses on ensuring the success of Enterprise customers through effective support and best practices. Prior to Contentful, Fajri worked at Criteo as a Technical Solutions Engineer, managing integrations for key advertisers across South East Asia and assisting sales teams. Earlier experience includes roles as a Software Engineer, System Analyst, Test Analyst, and Software Engineer Intern at various companies, showcasing a strong background in software development and support. Fajri holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Nanyang Technological University.
