David Perrault has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. David is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Support at Contentsquare since April 2021.

Prior to that, they worked at SevOne for six years, starting as the Senior Director of WW Product Support & Customer Success in October 2015 and concluding their tenure as the Vice President of Product Support and Customer Success in April 2021.

From 2011 to 2015, David Perrault held two positions at VCE, a joint-venture between VMware, Cisco, and EMC. As the Head of Customer Service/Senior Technical Support Manager for the EMEA Support Organization of EMC Content Management and Archiving (CMA) division, they led a team of 80+ support engineers and achieved impressive financial results.

David'searlier experiences include working at Documentum as the Developer Tools Technical Support Manager, where they managed a technical support team and implemented process improvements. David also served as a Development Team Leader/Technical Lead at NTL, managing application development projects for ntl's digital TV division.

David Perrault's career began at Cable & Wireless as an Interactive Services Developer, where they played a role in developing applications for c&w/ntl. David also worked at Geco-Prakla, a subsidiary of Schlumberger, as a Software Engineer, where they improved an existing user interface and developed new features using C++ and Java.

Overall, David Perrault has a wealth of experience in customer support, product support, customer success, and leadership roles within the technology industry.

David Perrault completed their education in a chronological order. David obtained their Baccalauréat with a distinction in Mathematics and Physics from an unspecified institution between the years 1988 and 1993. Following that, they pursued their higher education at ESIEE (Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Electronique et Electrotechnique) from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a distinction with an MSc in Computer Sciences. In terms of additional certifications, David obtained the "Web Accessibility Basics" certification from Contentsquare in June 2022, and they became Contentsquare Certified in April 2021.
