Elizabeth Pavageau

Elizabeth Pavageau has extensive experience in various roles within the business strategy and operations field. Elizabeth is currently working at Contentsquare as the CSR Senior Director since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Better Growth as the Director of Impact Operations from July 2022 to April 2023, where they helped clients with growth planning and process optimizations.

Before joining Better Growth, Elizabeth was the Chief Operating Officer at Amplifier Strategies from April 2016 to September 2017, where they implemented the Agile methodology and contributed to the launch of a new SaaS solution. Elizabeth also served as the VP of Mobile Ad Solutions at Placecast from August 2014 to March 2016, where they successfully launched and scaled the geo-targeted mobile advertising line of business.

Elizabeth's experience also includes working at InMobi as the Head of North America Operations from January 2013 to August 2014, where they played a vital role in scaling and managing the shared services team. Additionally, they served as the Global Revenue Enablement Director at InMobi from November 2010 to December 2012.

Elizabeth's earlier experience includes working at DataPop as the Business Operations Lead from August 2009 to October 2010, where they standardized structures and managed financial planning. Prior to this, they worked at Yahoo! as the North America - Sales Strategy & Operations Senior Manager from March 2007 to July 2009, leading the merge of sales organizations and implementing a new ad serving platform.

Elizabeth started their career at Hewlett-Packard, where they held multiple roles. Elizabeth served as the EMEA - Sales Strategy & Operations Manager from July 2004 to December 2006, driving sales strategy projects, and as a Sales Executive from January 2000 to June 2004.
