Lílian Oliveira

Lílian Oliveira has extensive work experience in various roles. Starting in 2009, they worked as an Account Manager at Animatorio. Lílian then transitioned to positions at Gerencial Brasil, where they served as an Operation Analyst and later as an Operation Coordinator, managing a team and overseeing budgeting and training. Lílian also worked as an Advertisement Communication Analyst at Multilaser Industrial Ltda, focusing on advertisement and material development. Lílian gained project management experience as a contractor at Silversea Cruises, where they maintained client relationships and supported the delivery of creative projects. Lílian's next role was as a Professional Photographer at Dal Cuore Photo, where they worked from 2012 to 2020. Lílian then joined BOOM! imagestudio as an Americas Expansion Specialist, supporting clients and photographers and contributing to the company's expansion in North and South America. Lílian later became a Customer Success Manager at BOOM! imagestudio, managing over 30 clients and providing customer engagement and consulting services. Most recently, Lílian joined MotorK as an Onboarding & Delivery Specialist. Currently, Lílian works as a Customer Success Manager at Contentsquare.

Lílian Oliveira has a bachelor's degree in Advertising from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, which they obtained between 2003 and 2006. In 2012 and 2013, they pursued a degree in Photography at the Escola Panamericana de Artes. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Contentsquare Merchandising Certified, Contentsquare Certified - Apps, Contentsquare Certified, and Contentsquare Certified Expert, all from Contentsquare in 2023. Lílian also holds certifications in Achieving High-Performance During Times of Stress and Engagement Evaluation Best Practices for Customer Success Management, which they obtained from LinkedIn in 2022.
