Mathilde Nicolas has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Mathilde started their career at BEEZ&CO as a Marketing and Project Management Intern, where they supported the organization of the BEEZ&CO Day event. Mathilde then interned at Societe Generale, where they focused on strategic workforce planning and career communication. After that, they joined Andrew Staffing Ltd as a Recruitment Officer Intern, specializing in sales profiles in the retail sector. Mathilde then worked as a Global Human Resources Intern at Botify, managing the recruitment process and supporting personnel administration. Mathilde later joined Contentsquare as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and eventually became a Talent Acquisition Partner for the Customer Success department. Currently, Mathilde is working as the Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA Business at Contentsquare, where they manage and develops a team of recruiters and partners with HRBPs and hiring managers to execute sourcing and hiring strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.

From 2014 to 2017, Mathilde attended EDHEC Business School, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management - Grande Ecole Programme.

In 2016 and 2017, they also participated in the Erasmus Programme in Sweden at Jönköping International Business School, completing two terms of their Master's degree.

Mathilde pursued their education at Lycée de Kerichen from 2011 to 2013. During this time, they studied in the Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles.

Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, Mathilde completed their A-levels in the Scientific field at High School Brest Rive Droite - Javouhey in France.

- In December 2022, they received certifications in Equitable Performance Feedback, Inclusive Employer Brand, Interrupting Bias in Hiring, and Inclusive Recruiting from Textio, an institution.
