Naki Ossom

Naki Ossom has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a UX Researcher at Contentsquare since August 2021. In this position, they transform research data into clear findings to contribute to the success of the Product Design team.

Prior to Contentsquare, Naki worked as a UX Researcher at OCUS from October 2019 to July 2021. At OCUS, they conducted research to understand the users' experience and contributed to designing a seamless user experience by utilizing research findings.

In 2019, Naki briefly worked as a User Researcher at Université Paris Descartes for three months.

Before transitioning to UX research, Naki had experience as a Project Administrator at Intelligent Card Production Systems from March 2016 to July 2017.

Prior to their research-focused roles, Naki interned as a Retail Banking Intern at Ghana International Bank and worked as a Temporary Office Assistant at TOTAL, where they handled various tasks, including pricing letters, contract editing, and document translation.

Naki Ossom obtained an International Baccalaureate Degree from Ecole Active Bilingue from 2005 to 2011.

From 2011 to 2014, Naki Ossom attended Goldsmiths, University of London, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology.

In 2014 to 2015, Naki Ossom pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Forensic Mental Health (Research) from King's College London.

Naki Ossom then went on to complete a Master of Science (MS) degree in Economics and Psychology from Université Paris Cité and University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2017 to 2019, specializing in Behavioral Economics.
