Remco Schut has had a diverse range of work experiences spanning over a decade. Remco began their career at gekko.com, where they held multiple roles including Quality Assurance Manager, Junior Product Manager, and Content Analyst. Remco then transitioned to Flashbay, where they served as a Team Lead & Senior Account Manager, working with clients such as Google, Heineken, and Spotify. Following that, Remco joined Zuora as a Subscription Business Consultant, assisting companies in transitioning to subscription-based models. Remco then worked at Instructure as an Account Development Manager, contributing to the improvement of educational technologies. Remco later became a Key Account Manager at Hotelchamp, focusing on enhancing the guest experience for hoteliers. Remco also worked as a Coach at Practical CSM, offering guidance and support in customer success management. Prior to their current role, Remco served as an Enterprise Success Manager at Contentsquare, where they helped businesses gain insights into customer behavior and develop impactful digital experiences. Currently, Remco holds the position of Topic Lead at CS Connect, where they curate events and content focused on various aspects of customer success.

Remco Schut obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from the Inholland University of Applied Sciences, School of Economics, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, in July 2022, they pursued a certification in Web Accessibility Basics from Contentsquare.
