Susan Killian

Susan Killian is an accomplished sales executive currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales at Contentsquare since April 2024. With extensive experience at Medallia from August 2018 to present, Killian has held various leadership roles, including Vice President & GM of Retail and Senior Vice President of Sales. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at IBM from 1997 to 2007 and again from 2008 to present, where roles encompassed Sales Leader positions in Watson & Cloud Platform and Analytics Platform, among others. Additionally, Killian began a career in marketing at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico from 1992 to 1995. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Connecticut, complemented by studies at the International School of Kuala Lumpur.
