Sybil Déchin has a diverse range of work experience. In 2014 and 2016, they worked as a Strategic Planning Intern at Dragon Rouge, where they conducted consumer studies, organized workshops, and managed brand strategies. In 2016, they also worked as a Gallery Assistant at Envie d'art, where they prepared exhibitions and organized gallery events. In 2017, they served as an Innovation & Social Design Officer at SG_Activewear, collaborating with traditional tribes to create a limited clothing collection and managing the brand's digital community. From 2018 to 2020, they held dual roles at ContentSquare, first as a Knowledge Strategist, implementing a knowledge management project, and later as a Customer Enablement Manager, providing support to customers. Finally, in 2020, they became a Data Analyst at Contentsquare.

Sybil Déchin's education history begins in 2010 when they attended Paris College of Art and obtained a Foundation degree in Art. Sybil then pursued a Bi-Licence at Institut catholique de Paris from 2011 to 2014, specializing in History of Art and English. In 2014, they continued their studies at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, obtaining a Master de recherche in History of Art from 2014 to 2015.

In 2016, Sybil Déchin enrolled in both emlyon business school and Ecole centrale de Lyon, where they pursued a Master of Science in IDEA (Innovation, Design, Entrepreneuriat & Art) at both institutions concurrently. Sybil completed their studies at these two schools in 2018.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Sybil Déchin obtained the Contentsquare Partner Certification from ContentSquare in November 2018.
