Tal Shahar

Tal Shahar has a comprehensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tal began their career in the Israeli Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller, serving as a Major (Res.) from 2001 to 2006. Afterward, they transitioned to the Prime Minister's Office, where they worked as a Team Leader and Project Manager for three years. In 2010, Tal joined Meitar Liquornik Geva Leshem Tal as a Legal Associate, focusing on legal matters. Tal then moved to TEOCO Corporation in 2014, assuming the role of Regional Legal Counsel. In 2016, Tal joined Clicktale as their General Counsel, responsible for legal affairs until 2019.

Tal's career continued to progress when they joined Contentsquare in 2019 as the Global Director of Data Privacy & Compliance. Tal then became an Associate General Counsel at Contentsquare in August 2019 but quickly assumed the role of Associate General Counsel and Data Privacy Officer (CIPP/E) in April 2021. Presently, Tal holds the title of VP, Associate General Counsel at Contentsquare, a position they have held since November 2022. Their expertise lies in data privacy, compliance, and general counsel responsibilities.

Tal Shahar completed their education at Reichman University from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. Tal simultaneously pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Financing and Risk Management. Furthermore, in November 2018, Tal attained a certification as an Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals.
