Theo Van Der Bijl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Theo started their career at Eurostar in 2000, where they held various roles such as Agents Advisor, GDS Technical Support Specialist, and Technical Support Specialist. During their time at Eurostar, Theo provided technical support, incident management, and training to users of Eurostar's GDS distribution system and loyalty programs. Theo also served as the Eurostar On-Call Duty officer for Customer media channels, responsible for updating customer media channels during incidents. In 2017, Theo joined TSB Bank as a Digital Optimisation Assistant Manager, focusing on reducing customer friction and optimizing digital journeys. Theo later transitioned to the role of Assistant Manager DI&T Service Optimisation, where they supported TSB's goal of zero customer effort through performance measurement and service optimization. In 2019, Theo worked as a Digital Personalisation Specialist at Pierian, before moving on to their current role as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Contentsquare.
Theo Van Der Bijl obtained a Diploma in professional Sound recording and Design from Islington Music Workshop in 2007-2008. Additionally, they pursued an NVQ Lvl 2 Catering degree in Chef and Restaurant from Folkestone College in Kent. As part of their education, they also acquired GCSE's in English, Science, Math's, and Business Studies from The North School in Ashford, Kent.
