Ygaal Cohen has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple companies and roles. Ygaal started their career at Earth in 2014, where they spent several months exploring the world. In 2015, they joined SAP and participated in their Graduate Program at the SAP Sales Academy, where they excelled and became an Academy Top Performer. After their time at SAP, Ygaal worked at Contentsquare from 2017 to 2022 in various sales positions, including Sales Executive and Sales Manager. In January 2022, they were promoted to Sales Director France, responsible for securing revenue growth and retention, attracting and developing top talents, and maximizing customer satisfaction by coordinating internal departments. Ygaal also serves as an advisor for Contentsquare's startup incubator, Atomic Labs, and the startup incubator at EDHEC Business School. Additionally, they hold a position as a member at C.R.A, starting in September 2022.

Ygaal Cohen completed their education at various institutions, specializing in business management and finance. From 2011 to 2014, they attended EDHEC Business School where they pursued a Programme Grande Ecole - Master of Science (MSc) in Management. In 2013 to 2014, they furthered their education at IPADE Business School, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Mexico City, with a focus on Business Management. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2011, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Birmingham.

In addition to their formal education, Ygaal Cohen also pursued additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. In March 2021, they completed MEDDIC Training at Uppercut-First. In September 2020, they acquired knowledge in company buy-out fundamentals through a certification from Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de région Paris Ile-de-France. Ygaal also completed the Join Lion - Operation track program at The Family in January 2017. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in effective closing techniques from Kensei Partners in September 2015 and in The Challenger Sale from CEB in May 2015.
