Global Head Of Customer Success at Contentstack

Greg Luciano has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Greg started their career in 2006 as a Test Engineer at Quality Partners/Intertek, where they performed software certification testing for mobile applications and desktop software. In 2008, they transitioned to Intertek as a Project Manager, responsible for developing test suites and leading automation procedures using Java and Junit.

In 2014, Greg joined Built.io as a Project Manager, where they built and managed internal project management processes and handled web project management for microsites and web applications. Greg was later promoted to the role of Senior Project Manager, overseeing the scalability and success of their internal project management process.

In 2018, Greg joined Contentstack as the Director of Strategic Alliances, leading overall customer relations for their digital content management platform. Greg then took on the role of Director of Customer Success, responsible for delivering white-glove customer service and ensuring an amazing customer experience from onboarding onwards. In 2020, Greg became the Global Head of Customer Success at Contentstack, continuing their focus on customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.

Greg Luciano earned an A.A degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Las Positas College between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Amador Valley High School in Pleasanton, CA.
