Andrew Lerner is a dedicated professional in the cycling industry with extensive experience in bike fitting and coaching. Currently serving as a Professional Bike Fitter at Conte's Bike Shop since March 2021, Andrew focuses on enhancing customer comfort through advanced bike fitting services. As a Cycling Consultant at Fillnow Coaching since February 2015, Andrew advises a diverse range of athletes on optimizing bike position, equipment selection, nutrition, and training protocols. Previous roles include Retail Sales Associate and Group Ride Ambassador at Trek of CLT, where Andrew significantly increased sales, and Assistant Manager at Inside Out Sports, which involved customer satisfaction and product knowledge. Andrew's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree with dual majors in Health Systems Management and Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Vermont.
