Kate S.

Kate S. is an experienced bicycle mechanic with a diverse background in service management and technical roles within the cycling industry. Currently employed at Conte's Bike Shop since November 2019 as a mechanic and chat support specialist, Kate previously worked at The Bike Rack from March 2015 to November 2019 as a mechanic, service writer, and technician. Additional roles include assistant service manager at BicycleSPACE, where responsibilities encompassed service inventory management, and various mechanic positions at City Bikes and Light Street Cycles. Kate's early career also featured work as a biker for Washington Express. Kate holds a B.A. in Graphic Art from Goshen College, obtained in 2004.
