Jay Neff BS, MSN, RN, CCM has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. They began their career in 1999 as a Paramedic for the City of Pittsburgh. In 2003, they became a Registered Nurse for UPMC Presbyterian. In 2004, they became a Registered Nurse for UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside Hospital. In 2007, they became a Clinical Field Nurse for Rx Pharmacy, Walgreen Corporation, where they were responsible for a large client base within the community setting, providing advanced levels of education to build patient independence for self-administration of intravenous medications, and providing direct patient care to manage various access within the home setting. In 2008, they became an Assistant Nurse Manager and Registered Nurse for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. In 2018, they became the Director of Cardiology Services / Unit Director 3b Step - Down at UPMC St. Margaret and the Director of Cardiology Services for UPMC. In 2020, they became the Senior Director of Market Clinical Operations and the Director of Nursing, HRC Pittsburgh for Contessa Health.

Jay Neff completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh between 1990 and 1993. Jay then went on to receive their MSN in Education from Waynesburg University in 2014.
