Contest Yachts
Bas Sjoerdsma is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in various technical roles. Currently employed at Contest Yachts since December 2014, Bas also serves in a technical capacity at Museumspoorlijn STAR since May 2012. Prior experience includes positions as a piping engineer at STI Engineering BV and Ajilon Young Professionals, with earlier work as a CAD technician at VBI and contributions to the Friese Stoomtrein Maatschappij. Bas's educational foundation includes a degree from NHL Hogeschool and a havo degree in nature and technology from OSG Piter Jelles. Additional qualifications include a Safety for Operational Managers VCA certification obtained in 2004.
