Roland K. is an experienced professional in the marine engineering field, currently serving as the Head of Composites at Contest Yachts since December 2021. Previously, Roland K. worked as a Senior and Junior Project Engineer at ALE Delft B.V. from July 2018 to November 2021, focusing on weight management for superyachts and engaging in projects from the design phase to delivery. Roland K. has also garnered experience in sales as a salesman at Duijvestein Winterstore, one of the largest wintersport retailers in the Netherlands, and completed a graduate internship at Prysmian Group.
