MJ Hilker

MJ Hilker is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in portfolio management, special assets, and business development. Currently exploring retirement since June 2024, MJ previously served as Director of Portfolio Management at Edge Capital Lending, LLC from July 2021 to June 2024, overseeing loans for various businesses. Prior roles include Vice President of Special Assets at Peoples Bank, VP of Business Development at Alliance Business Lending, and Regional Senior Vice President at Hitachi Business Finance. MJ co-founded Liberty BIDCO Investment Corp. and acted as Chief Investment Officer, and also held key positions in various other financial institutions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Walsh College.
