Michael Rosen

Michael Rosen is a seasoned professional in finance and entrepreneurship, currently serving as Principal at Context Capital Management, LLC, an alternative asset management firm with $2.6 billion in assets under management, since 2001. In addition to this role, Michael is the Founder of The Crack Shack, a fast casual restaurant emphasizing quality chicken and egg dishes, and the Founder/Owner of Juniper and Ivy, a refined American restaurant led by acclaimed chef Richard Blais, both established in 2015 and 2013 respectively. Previously, Michael held senior roles at OppenheimerFunds as President of the Rochester Division and at Rochester Capital Advisors, a mutual fund advisory firm that managed $3 billion in assets until its sale in 1996. Educationally, Michael earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Rochester.
