Jennifer Dashnau

Jennifer Dashnau currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Technical Operations at Context Therapeutics, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this, Jennifer held various leadership roles at Century Therapeutics, Inc., including Vice President of Analytical Research & Development and Executive Director of Analytical Development and Quality Control, where strategic leadership and organizational building were key responsibilities. Jennifer's earlier experience at Merck encompassed multiple director-level positions, where significant contributions were made to manufacturing strategy, biologics commercialization, and vaccine technology development. Initial career stages included roles as a Quality Control Scientist at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics and an Adjunct Instructor at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and an MBA in Technology Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
