Tosin Odunlami, PMP, EMBA has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 16 years. Tosin currently serves as a Product Manager at Context Labs BV since March 2022, where they are responsible for leading the development of the Decarbonization-as-a-Service (DaaS) Platform. Their projects focused on risk assessment, operational efficiency, and minimizing downtime. Additionally, they worked as a Geomechanics Engineer from 2014 to 2015 and as a Geomechanics/Formation Evaluation Engineer from 2010 to 2014, providing support to well engineering, project management, and operations teams.

Tosin began their career as a Petroleum Engineer (Production Technologist) Trainee at Addax Petroleum Development Nigeria Limited (SINOPEC) from 2008 to 2009. Tosin gained diverse experience in various positions within the Asset Development team, including geology, drilling, reservoir engineering, and production technology. In their final role, they performed production optimization simulations, specifically for gas lift design.

Tosin also worked as a Technical Assistant at Bint and Prathel Ltd for a short period in 2008, where they contributed to the compilation and quality control of bid documents for seismic QA/QC. Tosin liaised with field workers and provided technical manpower for projects.

Tosin's earliest work experience was as a Trainee IT Engineer at Nigeria LNG Ltd in 2006. Tosin assisted with various IT functions, including LAN/WAN setup, server maintenance and upgrades, network security auditing, and IT application installation. Tosin gained initial project management experience using the Prince-123 methodology and worked on a GPS mapping application as a final project.
